Veterans Benefits

The County Welfare Advisory Committee of The Royal British Legion in Derbyshire has found that there are a number of benefits available to ex-Service persons and their dependants that are not commonly known.  Initially there are two benefits to draw attention to, these are Priority Treatment for Veterans and Inheritance Tax  Loophole for Families of ex-Service persons. The number of  benefits will be added to if or when they become known to us.
