in 1997 to a company limited by guarantee, but retained charitable status and adopted the trading title
'RFEA Limited'. It is a member of The Career Transition Partnership (CTP), which is a partnership between
the Ministry of Defence and Right Management, who are global career development and outplacement specialists.
The Directorate of Resettlement represents the Ministry of Defence, and is responsible for Tri-Service
resettlement policy and for the delivery of resettlement services through the partnership.
The objectives of RFEA Ltd is to assist Service leavers and ex-regular Servicemen and Servicewomen
to find employment throughout their working life, right up until they retire and to offer employers access to
staff they can rely on.
If you find it difficult to get the job you seek, or your job does not work out, help is available. You should
contact your nearest RFEA Employment Consultant and discuss your job search with them. They can give you :

|
Access to Right Job, the on-line job searching facility that enables you to search for vacancies on the CTP database via the web and apply directly to the employer. Not all Service leavers will need to go to the resettlement centre, the RFEA caters for those Service leavers that have been out of the Services for two years or more at which point CTP have nothing further to do with them |
