The Royal British Legion

The Royal British Legion aims are to safeguards the welfare, interests and memory of those who are serving or who have served in the Armed Forces.  As one of the UK's largest membership organisations and it is recognised as custodians of Remembrance, it provides welfare services, campaigns on a range of issues affecting Service people and raises funds through the annual Poppy Appeal.  The Legion is a membership organisation.


The Royal British Legion  help serving and ex-Service personnel and their families.  Not just those who fought in the two World Wars, but also those involved in the many conflicts since 1945 and those still fighting today.

The Royal British Legion is one of the UK's largest membership organisations and welcomes men and women of all ages, whether they have served in the Armed Forces or not.  There are over 2000 branches including overseas branches offering participation in social and welfare activities.
